Undoubtedly there are numerous varieties of food which could keep you healthy and your immune system stronger during this testing time of COVID-19. So here we have some of the best food which you can easily make at home and are widely available at a very low price. There are always many things which you can find on the internet and to stay healthy at home while these times of crisis, but these are the times when you will need to take extra care of yourself and make the most of it by staying home and taking all the safety measures.

1.  Grapes (Especially the black ones )

Grapes are one of the most underrated fruits all over the world. People alway tend to overlook grapes over other fruits like Apple, Bananas, Oranges etc, but grapes has highest power to boost up your immune system. It has a moderate citrus level and a perfect combination of all the nutrients making it as an all-in-one combo to stay healthy.
When we talk about grapes, i don't literally mean the "Black grapes", but any grapes in general. These grapes are quite easily available when there's pandemic all over the world, this could be a small step towards your health and immune system while you are in quarantine.
Some of the best ways to consume these juicy grapes is not only eating them raw, but grapes can also be used in custard (dessert) or you can make a grape juice out of it.
Grapes are also considered one of the most primitive 'Ayurvedic'  medicine to cure skin problems and immune system hinderance. COVID-19 is a bane for the whole world, but if we use what we have around us and take all the required safety measures by eating healthy and staying safe, we can sooner fight through this pandemic - COVID-19


Now there maybe people who might come up with certain excuses like they cannot find grapes in all the seasons and it's quite expensive too, but hey, hold on, this is only a partial truth of the story. Grapes are seasonal, true, but they are not expensive at all, black grapes maybe little higher the price compared to the green ones but the price is acceptable. And talking about the seasonal drives for this fruit, you get grapes ( rich quality) only in summer seasons. If you think citrus fruits are the only ones which contains a rich amount of Vitamin-C, then think again. You are either not informed or misguided, Red capsicums ( Bell peppers)
have a large amount of Vitamin-C than any other vegetable ( fyi: Tomato is not a vegetable, it's a fruit). Red or yellow or green bell peppers are widely available in the grocery stores and super markets at reasonable rates. 
Due to lockdown it might not be possible for everyone to roam around the city to find red bell peppers, instead you can use the green ones. The Green capsicums are as nutritious as the red ones, but they do not have equal and balanced amount of citrus level as the red one. But that does'nt matter, you can always go for an alternative option, nothing wrong in that. COVID-19 has made us stay inside our homes and made everyone's life slower than it was ever before. Bell peppers tend to refresh your mind and more over helps in the growth of the body.

Ginger Tea is widely drunk as a hot beverage in the mornings and evenings in most of the households of the nation. Ginger tea is something we all turn to when we fall sick. Ginger Tea may help decrease inflammation and cures the soar throat. It also helps in curing nausea. Talking of the immunity, Ginger tea boosts up the immunity and is highly effective when consumed in the mornings. It keeps your veins and arteries stronger and helps to enhance the blood circulation of the heart with addition to that it also controls the cholesterol level of a person. Easily available anywhere in the world, easy recipe, easy drink, but most effective of all.
